WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Spoon Burger
Dessert: Gelato Blue's Chocolate Hazelnut & Fig Gelato



FRIDAY
Breakfast: Bubble N Squeak, Sausage, & Cheese Muffin
(Bread is from Choice's Gluten-Free Bakery, cheese is Tofutti American slices, the sausages are Spoon's Sunday Sausages, and the bubble n squeak are homebrand).
Dinner: Pumpkin Pasta & (Home-Grown) Garden Salad




SATURDAY
Breakfast: Rice Pudding, Banana & Peanut Butter Toast
Lunch: Yellow Lentil & Veggie Dahl
Dinner: Sunday Sausages, Steamed Veggies, & Peas (Smothered In Orgran Gravy)




SUNDAY
Breakfast: Baked Beans, Steamed Veg, & Bubble N Squeak
Dinner: Grilled Capsicum & Mushroom, Corn & Blackbean Burritos




MONDAY
Breakfast / Lunch: Tofu Rice Paper Rolls
Snack: Crispbread & Cashew Cheese Spread
Dinner: Leftover Burrito Mix (Grilled Capsicum & Mushroom, Corn & Blackbean & Biocheese)


TUESDAY
Lunch / Dinner: Chili Cheese Sunday Sausage Roll


WEDNESDAY
Dinner: Hummus, Spinach, Mushroom, Capsicum, Artichoke, & Spiced Pumpkin Pizza




THURSDAY

FRIDAY
