A Few Daily Eats (Vegan & Gluten-Free)




WEDNESDAY
(New Year's Eve)
Breakfast: Lentil & Rice Curry With Veggies
Lunch / Dinner: Zucchini Slice, Roast Potatoes & Kumura, & Steamed Veg
Dessert: Cheesecake, Ice-Cream, Raspberries & Peaches



THURSDAY
Breakfast: Diced Peaches In Mango Puree
Lunch / Dinner: Eggplant Punjab With 7-Grain Rice



FRIDAY
Breakfast: Macaroni Cheese
Dinner: Mexican Rice With Fake Meat




SATURDAY
Breakfast: Zucchini Slice With Pepper Sauce / Gravy
Brunch / Lunch: Peaches & Cheesecake
Dinner: Bean Burrito (Salad, Beans, Tofutti Sour Cream, Biocheese)



SUNDAY
Breakfast / Lunch: Black Bean Nachos 
Dinner: Lemon Jelly

To finally beat my month-long ear infection, I switched from ear-drops to antibiotics. Unfortunately, they've been making me seriously sick in the stomach, and robbed me of my my appetite (thus only two meals a day, and, quite immaturely, cake or jelly for lunch and dinner!)
I finished the course of medication today, which means my appetite will be back first thing in the morning. I'm looking forward to eating an appropriate amount of veggies and calories again!
