

Whenever I go to any of the Botanical Gardens, I make sure to visit their gift shops in order to pick up one (or two or three) of these gluten-free baking mixes, particularly the wattle seed. They taste wonderful, and adapt really well to vegan baking (just add extra milk instead of bothering with replacer).
This was my first time making them with almond milk (unsweetened vanilla), and they were better than ever. I forgot to take a picture of them cooked because I was too busy eating, I suppose?
