
I saw this flavour of smoothie available at a juice bar I go to every Thursday morning with Peter, and quickly Googled to see if there was anything I was missing to make this at home before I headed home that night. So, although I had this as a very late afternoon tea, I think it is a fantastic breakfast.
500ml almond milk (unsweetened vanilla pictured)
1/2 cup silken tofu, or soy yoghurt
1 banana (older is better)
1 tbsp "honey" (Sweet Freedom syrup)
1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Blend all the ingredients until the banana is completely juiced, serve, and drink! (Add on an extra drizzle of "honey" if you are feeling indulgent!)
