Binders & Notebooks

This is my current organisation format for this school year.

Binders With Plastic Sleeves For Finished Print-Outs

I've got binders for every individual unit (with the exception of those that are integrated), plus an extra binder for a specific print-out book. I use plastic sleeves for every individual sheet, with the exception of certain exercises that share a sleeve when similar. I keep one solid example face-up.

I also printed cover pages for each of the books. Check out here for some great print-outs.

Small Workbooks For Note-Taking

At the back of the binder, I have a slip that holds a small workbook, which I use to take down all my notes. I find having a notebook easier than just holed pages, as this way I can be as messy and clumsy as I want and close it up at the end of the day, then sort through the important stuff later. I type up my notes at the end of every day, print them out, and transfer them to the binder.

Top & Side-Clamp Folders For Workbooks & Manuals

Rather than textbooks, we have manuals and workbooks, which we were advised to print out. Because of the interactive nature of workbooks, I decided to leave them in an open format so they are easy to access.

USB (Backed-Up) For Soft Copies

I have a USB which I take between home and school, but it is backed up in four places, which includes my personal drive on the school computer (called the U Drive), my home laptop, my general external hard-drive, and Dropbox (link here.)
