Get your old, favourite pancake recipe out! It's time to make a flour mix that will hold up in these delicious flat cakes.
Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup quinoa flour
1/2 cup rice flour
(Halve, double, triple, depending on your needs...) Sift these flours together, mix, and use in replace of regular old wheat flour. If your recipe suggests using self-raising, add a teaspoon each of baking powder and baking soda.
