A Few Daily Eats (Vegan & Gluten-Free)


TUESDAY
Lunch: Chips With Pepper & Hummus



WEDNESDAY
Snack: Strawberry & Peach Crumble (Before The Topping)
Dinner: Cheesey Pasta With Mushrooms 



THURSDAY
Dinner: Red Jalapeno & Black Bean Nachos (On Corn Thins)
Snack: GF Toast With Mightymite & Butter



FRIDAY
Breakfast & Lunch: Zucchini Pasta




SATURDAY
Lunch: Mashed Potatoes, Peas, & Gravy
Dinner: Sweet Potato Burgers & Cucumber Slices
Dessert: Lemon Sorbet





SUNDAY
Breakfast: Buckwheat Pancakes & Maple Syrup
Lunch: Grilled Cheese, Tomato, Spinach, & Sweet Potato Burger Toastie
Dinner: Lentil Vegetable Curry & 7-Grain Rice
(Snacks: Leftover Pancakes)

I'm still getting into the habit of photographing every meal, which is harder than it sounds. I usually don't think about food until I'm hungry (and don't finish cooking food until I'm really hungry), which means I kind of wolf things down and then go, "Oh! A photo!" Fortunately, I'm able to take photographs of leftovers, such as the burgers, or pasta. Other meals weren't big enough, thus weren't so lucky. I'm glad that today was the first day I got a photo of every meal (repeats excluded!) Finally! Hopefully this is a precedent.
