Veggie Chili Dogs

I was supposed to go get Chili Dogs from Suzy Spoon's Vegetarian Butcher, but I ran out of time (and my funds were on the shorter side to boot), so I decided to make some at home instead. I had sausages and bread at home, so the only purchase I had to make in order to prepare these was chili sauce (which should probably be a staple in its own right!)

1/4 cup spinach per roll

1 tbsp cheese per roll

1 tbsp chili sauce per roll

1/2 tbsp mustard per roll

Cook the sausages as usual, and meanwhile prepare the rolls. Cut them in half, lining with spinach and cheese, and grill slightly, just until toasted. Add the sausages (I cut mine in half), spread chili sauce over the top, and squeeze on the mustard.
