It was my first day back to school today, and I really enjoyed it. After hours and hours of classes, I decided to go hit the gym, and then to ease my aching legs, I went to the library to read before I rushed to catch a peak-hour train.
Peter offered to make dinner, and I told him something light. As a result, we ate Pete's delicious fruit salad with soy ice-cream. It is the best fruit salad I have ever tasted in my life. Here's the summarisation of ingredients (unfortunately we aren't sure on amounts):
- canned passionfruit
- mango
- banana
- kiwi fruit
- green apples
- oranges
As he pointed out, we needed something red. Strawberries would have really done the trick, but it was already perfect.
