I hope the bush fires get resolved soon. It's convenient for us to have smoky skies, but I feel so sorry for all the animals losing their lives, and such utter respect for the firefighters, volunteers, dontators and animal rescue groups who are currently contributing to the fight.
I know it's nothing compared to losing a life, but my heart also goes to those families who complain about lost family albums and years of photos. At least you get the chance to relive those memories (except how do you replace those gorgeous baby photos?!)
On a lighter note, the cats got to enjoy some pretty lovely sun today, and our strawberries are almost ready for harvest.
