Study, Study, Study

I'm getting more than a little sick of days where I start studying as soon as I get up, and pretty much go all day until I fall asleep. I've also started a combined fitness-study regime, alternating between periods of study and short exercises, every twenty minutes.
Today I decided to cut myself a little slack and had my breakfast protein shake while watching old episodes of Hey Arnold!, as well as stopping to smell the roses (sometimes literally) on my walk with the dog - we decided to go an extra 1.5 km today, which adds up to 4.5km in total (I'm getting obsessed with distances and timing since I put on a few extra kgs during a hectic study time... Even if I am still underweight, I used to have the body of an athlete, and I am working hard to get that back).
