Dessert Pizza

Dessert Pizza


1 gluten-free pizza crust


1 banana, sliced


4 strawberries, cut into quarters


handful of crushed nuts


teaspoon of icing sugar


200g of dark chocolate (diced or drops)


We used Woolworth's Macro's Gluten-Free Pizza Base Mix, so after that was all mixed up, we pre-baked the crust. I put the chocolate in the microwave for a minute, just to help things along.
The moment the base came out of the oven, we covered it in chocolate and decorated it with the nuts, banana, and strawberry, and sprinkled on the icing sugar.
